Julie Endress is an MIT-trained engineer-turned-organizational consultant and coach. After a 14-year career at Intel Corporation, she launched a consulting and coaching practice to help executives and their teams take their performance to the next level. She is known for her sharp intellect, focus on results, and ability to create an atmosphere of trust so that true learning can occur.

After growing up in rural upstate New York (Laurens, population 263), Julie moved to the Midwest to get a degree in industrial engineering. She then embarked on a career at Intel Corporation that spanned engineering, manufacturing, quality, and leadership development. This included a stint in Costa Rica managing a team involved in a factory start-up, several roles facilitating large-scale organizational change, and an internal consulting position in the company’s Customer Quality Network. She facilitated and coached a 6-month leadership program that was awarded Best Practices in Leadership Development in 2005.

Julie was awarded a prestigious fellowship to attend MIT’s Leaders for Global Operations, where she earned masters degrees in management and mechanical engineering. She also was the first Intel employee to be certified as a professional coach, blazing a trail that many others have followed over the past decade. Julie is known for delivering solid results with a smile. She has worked in manufacturing, education, financial services, and health care and particularly enjoys working with leaders and teams in complex fast-paced environments. See a list of her clients.
